A leading gaming and leisure brand is seeking an Executive Assistant to support their CEO. The ideal candidate will empower the senior leadership team while thriving in a fast-paced environment. Executive Assistant to CEO (Temporary)
Hourly Rate: £25 – £30 per hour
Contract Type: 1–2-month Temporary assignment with potential for further extension
Location: London
Responsibilities:
- Support the CEO to effectively lead the organisation, ensuring that company goals and objectives are accomplished, and manage day-to-day, short, medium, and long-term priorities efficiently.
- Coordinate the CEO's working day by handling various administrative tasks, such as scheduling meetings, managing agendas, checking mail, and arranging client meetings.
- Provide sophisticated calendar management for the CEO, troubleshoot conflicts, and make proactive judgments and recommendations based on changing priorities.
- Assist with meeting preparation, producing presentations, business papers, spreadsheets, reports, and communication packs for various meetings.
- Follow up on agreed actions from meetings and maintain progress updates.
- Organise and oversee company strategy days, Director meetings, and other events as required.
- Support the CEO on internal projects, liaising with internal and external executives as necessary.
- Manage travel itineraries, including bookings for travel, accommodation, and transport both locally and internationally.
- Process expenses and any other expenditure types.
- Assist the CEO with personal administration tasks as needed.
- Maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality with all materials.
