Our client, a fast-paced and dynamic organisation, is a pioneer in engineering and aviation. They have offices throughout the UK and are dedicated to providing innovative solutions when it comes to air travel. They are looking for an Executive Assistant to join their London team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Executive Assistant to join a company of trail blazers and support a busy team.
Executive Assistant
Location: London, Hybrid Maternity Cover, 12 month FTC
Salary: £50,000 - £60,000
As, the Executive Assistant, your primary role and focus is to support the Board Members, Chief Legal and Corporate Affairs Officer, Finance and IT Director and Director of Strategic Finance. You will be based in London and work alongside a fantastic team of 4 PA’s. Three based in Bristol, and one based in London. As the Executive Assistant, you’ll play a crucial role in enabling senior leadership to focus on strategic decisions that shape the future of electric aviation.
Key responsibilities:
- Inbox management
- Ensure diaries are well-managed, liaising closely with the other Assistants to schedule a broad range of meetings in the most effective and logical way
- Preparing meeting materials and briefing documents and presentations when required
- Ensure thorough preparation for each meeting, and tracking of necessary follow-ups
- End to end travel coordination (if required), with thorough travel itineraries
- Organise board meetings, creating agendas and packs and organising travel for all board members.
- Helping organise events
- Processing and managing expenses for executives
This role is based in London but will require occasional travel to other offices. All expenses and travel costs will be covered.
Requirements
Experience:
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Ability to prioritise effectively
- A strong sense of team, to work closely with the other assistants in a supportive and valuable way
- A positive attitude
- Previous line-management experience.
Desirable:
- You will have worked in a fast-paced environment in either, tech/engineering or a consumer product focused company.
- You will have previous experience of providing EA duties and support to multiple Execs
- You will have previously led and coordinated company events

- You will be highly organised, flexible and able to act calm under pressure
- You will be confident and a strong communicator - you will be the spokesperson for the senior team, therefore, possessing the ability to clearly communicate with senior leaders and external stakeholders on their behalf is vital to being successful in this role.
- You will have strong collaboration skills – you will be joining a fantastic team of PA/EA’s - having the ability to integrate, build relationships with your peers will be an important part of thriving in this role.
