About the Role:
As the Executive Assistant to the CEO, you will play a key role in managing the CEO’s day-to-day activities, providing essential support that enables them to focus on the strategic goals of the organisation. This role requires exceptional organisational skills, a high level of discretion, and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diary and Inbox Management: Coordinate the CEO’s complex schedule, managing meetings, appointments, and any necessary follow-ups.
- Communication Support: Act as the first point of contact for the CEO, handling calls, emails, and stakeholder interactions.
- Travel Coordination: Arrange domestic and international travel, including bookings for flights, accommodation, and ground transport.
- Meeting Preparation: Prepare agendas, take minutes, and manage follow-up actions from meetings.
- Expense Management: Process expenses promptly and accurately.
- Ad Hoc Support: Assist with various administrative and organisational tasks as needed to support the CEO effectively.
Candidate Profile:
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, ideally within healthcare or a similar fast-paced environment.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication skills, with a high level of discretion and professionalism.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
