Front of House Receptionist – City of London – Management Consultancy
Our client, a well-established and successful City-based management consultancy, is seeking a professional and proactive Front of House Receptionist to join their welcoming team. Working closely with the Operations Manager and alongside a colleague, this role involves delivering all front-of-house duties while supporting the wider business with administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
- Managing meeting rooms, ensuring schedules run smoothly and all setups meet requirements.
- Meeting and greeting internal and external clients, providing a high level of service.
- Overseeing facilities, including catering, office supplies, and event preparation.
- Booking couriers, organising travel arrangements, and restaurant reservations.
- Providing administrative support to the wider business, including working closely with HR.
- Supporting event organisation and maintaining the smooth operation of front-of-house services.
About You:
- Previous experience in a front-of-house or receptionist role.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and a client-facing, professional approach.
- Proactive and adaptable, keen to take on additional duties and responsibilities.
Working Hours:
Shifts are 8:00 am - 5:00 pm or 9:00 am - 6:00 pm, with flexibility to rotate and coordinate with the team.
Salary: Up to £32,000 per annum (depending on experience), plus an excellent range of benefits, including an annual away weekend.
