HR Administrator – Financial Services
Location: West End, London
Salary: £30,000 - £50,000 per annum (DOE)
Contract: Permanent
A brilliant opportunity has arisen for an HR Administrator to join a supportive and growing financial services company based in the West End, London, on a permanent basis.
As part of a collaborative and friendly HR team, you will provide first-class administrative support to this busy organisation. The ideal candidate will have prior HR admin experience, a strong understanding of HR systems and data, and an adaptable, team-oriented approach to thrive in this fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.
- Respond to ad hoc reporting requests efficiently and accurately.
- Manage the HR inbox, collaborating with the HR Manager to monitor and respond to queries.
- Assist with the administration of the company benefits, ensuring the offering remains competitive.
- Maintain employee records within the HR system, managing joiners, leavers, and current employee data.
- Update and manage the appraisal system, supporting the HR Team with the Year-End and Appraisal processes.
- Track and manage sponsorship requirements.
- Ensure compliance with GDPR and company data protection requirements.
- Draft internal communications, such as monthly employee updates.
- Provide additional administrative support as required by the HR Team.
Person Specification
- Previous experience in an HR administrative role within a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organisational and communication skills, with the ability to manage and prioritise own workload.
- Confident in adapting to a high-volume, fast-paced setting.
- Proactive problem-solver with a keen understanding of HR needs and the ability to deliver on them effectively.
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and a desire to leverage new technologies.
