London office, West End
Salary: £16 per hour
Temporary Contract: 1 month (Immediate Temporary role to start ASAP)

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an HR Administrator to join a global entertainment company in the West End on a temporary basis.

This is an urgent requirement, and candidates MUST be available at short notice to interview and start.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update HR databases
    Support starter and leaver processes
  • Manage employee benefits enrolment and enquiries
    Handle HR administration, including filing, scheduling, and reporting
  • Address employee queries in a timely and professional manner
    Assist with ad hoc HR initiatives and projects

Skills and experience:

  • HR administration and experience with ADP or similar HRIS is a plus
  • High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
  • Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines, and work under pressure
  • Professional, discreet, and confident communicator
