HR Advisor

We are very excited to have partnered with a highly prestigious financial services firm based in the City to find a tenacious individual to join their Human Resources team as an HR Advisor on a permanent basis.

Key Responsibilities:

Employee Life Cycle Management:

• Managing the full employee life cycle, including preparing employment agreements, partnership documents, right-to-work, and pre-employment checks.
• Conducting exit interviews in line with relevant legislation and regulatory requirements.

HR Process Improvement:

• Supporting the HR Business Partner in improving HR operations and processes to deliver efficient and timely service.

Immigration and Transfers:

• Collaborating with external immigration advisors and leading all transfer processes.
• Understanding and executing processes specific to various office locations.

Onboarding:

• Managing the end-to-end onboarding process, liaising with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure a seamless experience.

HR Inbox Management:

• Acting as the first point of contact for the HR inbox, providing thoughtful, timely, and appropriate responses to queries and requests.

Promoting a Positive Culture:

• Fostering a positive working environment by focusing on the company’s values and culture.
• Working closely with colleagues to understand and support the business’s needs.
