HR Advisor – Prestigious Financial Services Firm
Location: City of London (Hybrid Working)

We are delighted to have partnered with a highly prestigious financial services firm based in the City of London to find a tenacious and proactive HR Advisor to join their Human Resources team on a permanent basis.

Key Responsibilities
- Managing the entire employee life cycle, including preparing employment agreements and partnership documents, conducting right-to-work and pre-employment checks, and overseeing exit interviews in line with legislation and regulatory requirements.
- Supporting the HR Business Partner in improving operations and HR processes to ensure efficient and timely service delivery.
- Leading all transferals, working closely with external immigration advisors, and understanding the processes for each office location globally.
- Taking responsibility for the end-to-end onboarding process, liaising with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure smooth and proactive transitions for new hires.
- Providing high-quality service when liaising with clients and the wider business, both in the UK and internationally.
- Acting as the first point of contact for the HR inbox, delivering thoughtful and timely responses to queries and requests.
- Promoting a positive working environment by championing the company’s values and culture, while understanding how to best support colleagues and the business.
Person Specification
- Experience in a similar HR Advisor role, ideally within a financial services or professional services environment.
- Strong understanding of HR processes, including onboarding, employee lifecycle management, and compliance.
- Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on providing a professional and high-quality service.
- Confidence in managing complex immigration processes and global transferals (experience in this area is desirable but not essential).
- A proactive and solutions-focused mindset, with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a collaborative team.
- High attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple priorities effectively.
