HR Advisor – Professional Services – Client-Facing Role (Hybrid)
We are thrilled to partner with a leading professional services firm to find a proactive and experienced HR Advisor for a dynamic, client-facing HR generalist role. Reporting directly to the Head of HR, this role is perfect for someone currently operating at an advisory level, with a strong track record of leading Employee Relations (ER) cases and providing practical, solutions-oriented HR advice.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the dedicated HR function for designated client accounts, providing day-to-day HR support.
- Implement, streamline, and develop processes tailored to each client’s specific needs.
- Produce and update HR reports, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance and best practice.
- Provide clear, reliable HR advice across a range of topics, supporting administrative tasks when required.
- Lead on ER cases (both complex and low-level), protecting the interests of both businesses and employees.
- Deliver client projects, including change management, restructures, TUPE processes, and succession planning.
- Maintain HR data and systems to ensure compliance with regulations and uphold best practices.
Person Specification
- Proven experience as an HR Advisor or in a similar generalist role.
- Strong expertise in managing the entire employee lifecycle, including advising senior leadership teams.
- Demonstrable experience leading on ER cases with a thorough understanding of UK employment law.
- Broad industry knowledge is highly desirable.
- A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to work autonomously and take initiative.
- Passionate about HR with strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
- Comfortable balancing multiple client accounts and tailoring HR strategies to meet diverse needs.
