We are currently on the lookout for a driven, motivated, and innovative HR Advisor to join the team at a prestigious global law firm, headquartered in the City of London, to support their European offices.

Key Responsibilities:
- Employee Relations Leadership: Lead on complex employee relations cases by upskilling managers, facilitating meetings, and mentoring HR Assistants in note-taking.
- Case Oversight: Oversee lower-level ER cases and cyclical activities, including performance reviews, appraisals, and absence management.
- Diversity & Inclusion Champion: Drive the firm’s Diversity & Inclusion initiatives, integrating these into the overall people strategy and training programs.
- People Strategy Implementation: Collaborate with HR Managers to tailor and embed the firm’s people strategy to specific client groups.
- Trusted Adviser Role: Serve as a trusted advisor to senior management and Partners, adopting a proactive and forward-thinking approach.
- Salary Review Support: Work with wider teams to support the delivery of salary reviews and compensation rounds.
- Mobility Management: Assist with secondments and internal/global mobility initiatives.
- HRBP Deputy: Deputise for HR Business Partners as needed.
- Strategic Project Leadership: Lead and embed strategic HR-related projects within the organisation.
