An outstanding opportunity has arisen for an Analyst, HR Business Partnering to join a dynamic HR team within a leading organisation. Working under the supervision of the Associate Director, HR Business Partner, this role will support the delivery of client-facing HR services and provide data-driven insights to inform decision-making. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in enhancing HR reporting capabilities and contributing to the organisation’s HR People Plan.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the HR Business Partner team in delivering HR services, including Talent Review, Performance Management, Pay Review, and Engagement activities.
  • Collaborate with People Analytics and HR Operations to provide data insights that drive evidence-based decision-making.
  • Use tools such as Cognos, Tableau, and Alteryx to generate HR metrics, KPIs, and data visualisation for senior stakeholders.
  • Develop a deep understanding of HR processes and systems, ensuring accurate data management and reporting.
  • Work closely with Data Owners and stakeholders to improve data accuracy and reporting relevance.
  • Conduct user acceptance testing and continuously drive improvements in the HR reporting platform.
  • Assist with organisational change projects, record-keeping, and ensuring compliance with HR policies.

Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience in HR operations or as an HR Adviser.
  • Degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience.
  • Strong data analysis skills, with experience using Cognos, Tableau, and Alteryx or similar tools.
  • Ability to interpret and present data to influence HR decision-making.
  • Excellent organisational and multi-tasking skills, with attention to detail.
  • Experience working in a multi-national environment and managing dispersed workforces.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and present data insights to diverse audiences.
  • Knowledge of HR policies, guidelines, and cyclical HR activities is preferred.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and improving HR reporting systems.
  • Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of an additional language is a plus.

Desirable Experience:

  • Previous experience using SAP HR.
  • Familiarity with Cognos, Tableau, or Alteryx.
