Our client, a leading global financial services firm, is seeking a motivated HR Analyst to join their London office. As part of the HR team, you will contribute to shaping a dynamic and innovative culture that prioritises collaboration, adaptive performance, and a focus on people. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the Investment Services recruitment process, including job advertising, CV review, and arranging interviews.
- Manage the onboarding process for new hires and internal transfers, including requesting employment contracts, conducting HR inductions, administering benefits, processing visa applications, and handling payroll enrolment.
- Handle employee terminations, including preparing separation letters, managing benefits, and processing visa terminations.
- Provide support for both internal and external HR matters as needed.
- Maintain and update internal HR systems, and assist in implementing new company policies.
- Liaise with HR vendors on payroll, visa applications, and relocation processes.
- Collaborate with the HR team to support daily HR operations and build trusted relationships with internal clients.
- Partner closely with broader HR functions such as Payroll, Compensation, Benefits, and Legal teams across global offices.
- Work with other departments like Technology, Facilities, and Compliance to resolve HR-related matters.
- Participate in ad-hoc projects and requests to support the HR team's broader strategy.
Person Specification:
- Some relevant experience in HR operations is preferred, particularly within the financial services sector.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to handle confidential information professionally.
- Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks.
- A proactive team player with high attention to detail.
- Commitment to the highest ethical standards.
- No CIPD qualification required.
