HR & L&D Assistant – Wealth Management
Location: City of London (Office-based, especially during the first 6 months)
Salary: £28,000 per annum + excellent benefits
Contract: Permanent
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an HR & L&D Assistant to join a prestigious wealth management firm in the heart of London. This entry-level role is ideal for a graduate (or equivalent) with a strong interest in HR and Learning & Development, ready to launch a rewarding HR career. Responsibilities (with support from senior HR colleagues):
- HR administration and record management
- Training coordination and general L&D administration
- Preparation of Management Information reports
- Maintenance and management of key HR and L&D systems
- Study and development in line with regulatory training and competence requirements
Skills and Experience Required:
- Proficiency in MS Office and general IT literacy
- Strong written communication and research skills
- A genuine interest in Financial Services, people management, and professional standards
- Professional demeanour with excellent communication abilities
- High attention to detail, proactive time management, and strong organisational skills
- Willingness to take the lead on internal event planning over time
