HR Associate (Part-Time, 3 Days Per Week) – Start-Up Financial Services Firm | Temporary Contract (3 Months)

We are currently working with a leading start-up financial services firm that is now looking to hire their first HR professional. This is an incredibly unique opportunity to add value from day one, implementing processes and tailoring policies.

As an HR Associate, you will be responsible for:

• Leading all onboarding of new employees and streamlining processes where possible.
• Managing leavers and conducting exit interviews.
• Working closely with line managers to design and implement a performance management process with regular appraisals.
• Overseeing current policies and partnering with the senior leadership team to tailor and design new policies to complement the direction of the business.
• Understanding talent within the business and designing a training and development programme.
• Leading on ad hoc people-related project work.
• Supporting wider business needs and requirements.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with the skills and experience to add value from a people perspective and act as the dedicated HR professional within the business. You must have exposure to tailoring policies, creating and implementing initiatives, and working closely with senior leadership.

Please note: This role is part-time (3 days per week) and will initially be on a 3-month temporary contract.
