Junior HR Business Partner
Location: Bolton
Contract: Fixed-term (3-6 months initially)
A dynamic organisation in Bolton is seeking a Junior HR Business Partner to join their busy HR team on a fixed-term contract basis. Reporting into the HR Business Partner, you will provide best practice, consistent, and first-class employee relations (ER) advice and guidance to key stakeholders in the business.
As part of a collaborative team, you will work to deliver change projects, implement new ways of working, and manage escalated ER matters. You will also act as a coach and mentor for both line managers and the People Advisors within the team, helping to achieve key business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support and manage complex case management across various ER-related issues.
- Understand and communicate HR legislation, policy, and employment law to a range of stakeholders.
- Build credibility with stakeholders and influence best practice decision-making.
- Lead the HR elements for a range of projects, including TUPEs, implementation of systems, and other change management initiatives.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar role, ideally within a fast-paced environment.
- Strong background in change management and transformation projects, with experience in TUPE and collective consultation processes being desirable.
- Solid understanding of employment law and best HR practices.
