HR Business Partner – Change & Transformation Projects
Location: Bolton
Salary: Up to £45,000 per annum (DOE)
Contract: 6-Month Fixed-Term Contract
A dynamic organisation in Bolton is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join their fast-paced HR team on a fixed-term contract basis. This role offers a fantastic opportunity for an HR professional with a strong track record in change management and transformation projects, ideally with experience in TUPE and collective consultation processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic HR Support: Partner with key stakeholders to align HR strategy with business goals and objectives.
- Change & Transformation Leadership: Lead restructuring, mergers, and acquisitions, delivering HR support through each stage.
- TUPE Management: Oversee the TUPE transfer process, ensuring all legal compliance and regulatory obligations are met.
- Collective Consultation: Facilitate effective communication with employee representatives throughout consultation processes.
- Manager Coaching: Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, and talent development.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Utilise HR data to identify trends, make recommendations, and inform strategic decisions.
- Policy Development: Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and initiatives.
- Complex HR Issue Resolution: Address sensitive employee relations matters with professionalism and confidentiality.
Requirements:
- Experience: Proven HR Business Partner experience in a fast-paced environment, including change management and transformation projects.
- Technical Skills: Strong understanding of TUPE, collective consultation, and employment law.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills for building relationships at all levels.
- Analytical Skills: Data-driven approach to decision-making with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Availability: Immediately available or on short notice.
Working Arrangements:
- Hybrid: Ideally four days in the office per week, with some flexibility if needed.
- Location: Bolton.
