Our client, a global leader in financial services, is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join their London office. The HR team is dedicated to building a distinctive culture that values collaboration, innovation, and adaptive performance. In this role, you will play a critical part in executing talent management strategies, supporting daily HR operations, and partnering with teams across the organisation to foster a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute talent management strategies, including advertising, CV review, and conducting screening interviews.
- Manage the onboarding process for new hires and internal transfers, including employment contracts, HR inductions, benefits administration, visa applications, and payroll enrolment.
- Handle employee terminations, including managing separation letters, benefits, and visa terminations.
- Collaborate with the HR team to support daily HR operations and build trusted relationships with internal clients.
- Partner closely with HR functions such as Payroll, Compensation, Benefits, and Legal on global HR matters.
- Work with other departments like Technology, Facilities, and Compliance on HR-related issues.
- Take on ad-hoc projects and requests as needed to support the broader HR strategy.
Person Specification:
- 5+ years of relevant experience in an HR operations capacity, ideally within financial services or a similar fast-paced environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to handle confidential information professionally.
- Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise and multi-task across multiple responsibilities.
- A team player who is detail-oriented and committed to the highest ethical standards.
