Position: Internal Recruiter (Full-Time, Permanent)
Location: London (Hybrid)
Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 per annum + competitive benefits package
Our client, a leading financial services firm with stunning offices in the heart of the City of London, is seeking an experienced Internal Recruiter to join their team on a full-time basis. Reporting to the Head of Talent Acquisition and working closely with the wider HR team, this role will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, while influencing strategic recruitment projects and championing diversity and inclusion initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain awareness of recruitment needs, partner with business heads, and perform market mapping to ensure proactive recruitment strategies.
- Serve as the first point of contact for designated client groups, providing recruitment guidance and support.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and senior leadership teams to define recruitment strategies, set routes to market, and manage expectations.
- Lead agency briefing meetings, manage preferred supplier lists (PSL), and agree terms with external agencies.
- Build and maintain strong internal and external relationships to support recruitment efforts.
- Support hiring managers throughout the candidate selection process, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring experience.
- Directly source candidates where possible and interview candidates at first and second stages.
- Liaise with the wider HR team during the offer process, leading onboarding and inductions.
- Champion Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) initiatives, driving efforts to ensure inclusive recruitment practices.
Person Specification:
- Proven experience in talent acquisition, preferably within the financial services or professional services industry.
- Ability to manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
- A proactive and organised individual, with excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work autonomously while also collaborating effectively with team members.
- Passionate about Diversity and Inclusion, with experience driving D&I initiatives within recruitment.
