Senior Learning and Development Adviser – Leading Global Law Firm – London (Permanent)

We are thrilled to partner with a prestigious global law firm to find an experienced Senior Learning and Development Adviser to join their team on a permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to work directly with the Head of Learning and Development as your dedicated mentor while independently leading the development of your own cohort within the firm.

This role is perfect for someone passionate about learning and development, with prior experience in the legal industry and a desire to make a significant impact within a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for specific practice areas, providing tailored learning and development support.
• Design, deliver, and develop training programmes for all employee cohorts within the firm.
• Collaborate with line managers to identify individual development needs and provide one-to-one support for employees.
• Champion the learning and development function, acting as its voice across the firm.
• Liaise with external providers to ensure the effective design and delivery of bespoke learning solutions.
• Lead and support firm-wide initiatives relating to HR and L&D strategies.
• Expand the firm's e-learning offering by working with subject matter experts to create innovative solutions.

Person Specification

• Proven experience working in the legal industry, with a strong understanding of the training and development requirements in a law firm.
• Genuine passion for learning and development, with a desire to drive employee growth.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with conflicting priorities, demonstrating resilience and adaptability.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
