Key Responsibilities:
- Providing comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to the team.
- Handling litigation-focused paralegal tasks, including compiling electronic court bundles.
- Liaising with legal transcription suppliers, outsourced accountants, and clients.
- Managing case-related documentation and anticipating team needs.
What They’re Looking For:
- A minimum of three years’ experience as a Legal Secretary or Paralegal, ideally with a litigation focus.
- Someone exceptional – commercially aware, detail-oriented, and proactive.
- Strong organisational and communication skills, with the ability to thrive in a busy, growing environment.
