Marketing Coordinator – International Management Consultancy – City of London
Our client, a leading international management consultancy known for its collaborative, encouraging, and empowering culture, is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join their team in the City of London. This is an excellent opportunity for a second jobber or a strong administrator eager to gain hands-on experience in a busy marketing department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Planning and managing events, including creating event collateral (invitations, handouts, presentations).
- Managing website content and updates.
- Organising branded merchandise for events and recruitment initiatives.
- Coordinating submission processes for awards entries.
- Updating and maintaining brand templates as needed.
- Providing administrative support for the marketing team.
- Maintaining and updating company CRM systems and marketing lists.
- Organising headshots across UK offices.
- Liaising with international offices to ensure marketing materials and support are in place for effective execution.
Key Skills and Requirements:
- Excellent written and spoken English, as you will be proofreading, adding content to websites, writing communications, and liaising with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong organisational, administrative, and communication skills.
- A collaborative and proactive approach to work.
- Ambition and dedication to thrive in a busy, varied role.
Salary: £25,000-£32,000 per annum, depending on experience.
