Office Administrator

Location: Manchester, Full-time Hybrid

Salary: £24,000 - £26,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities

  • Office Management: Manage office supplies and ensure the office is stocked and organised.
  • Administrative Support: Day-to-day operations, including answering phones, responding to emails and assisting with scheduling meetings. Assist in preparing and formatting documents, reports, and presentations. Maintain office filing systems and ensure documents are easily accessible.
  • Meeting Support: Coordinate meetings, conference calls, and events for the team.
  • Ad hoc duties: Handle internal communications and correspondence, acting as a liaison between departments.

Requirements

Experience:

  • Previous office administration experience would be preferred but not essential (preferably within a corporate or financial environment).

Skills:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication with attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and online tools such as SharePoint.
  • Ability to work under pressure while maintaining professionalism
