Part-Time Office Assistant
Location: City of London (Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays in the office)
Salary: £25,000–£32,000 per annum (pro-rata, DOE) plus benefits and discretionary bonus
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Part-Time Office Assistant to join a City-based international management consultancy known for its collaborative, encouraging, and empowering culture.
This hands-on and varied role involves juggling a wide range of tasks to create a best-in-class office environment and support the team.
Core Responsibilities
- Collaborating with the Office Manager to ensure the smooth running of the office.
- Acting as a team assistant to the London-based team.
- Managing front-of-house duties, including meeting and greeting guests, preparing meeting rooms, and taking deliveries.
- Performing general office tasks such as ordering supplies, maintaining the snack cupboard, arranging couriers, and answering calls on the main phone line.
- Organising office events and personal celebrations (e.g., weekly quizzes, Pizza Wednesdays, birthday celebrations).
- Maintaining printers (refilling paper and toner).
- Supporting the team with printing, binding, and other administrative tasks.
- Assisting with occasional travel arrangements for staff.
- Supporting Executive Assistants with ad hoc tasks.
- Acting as office Health & Safety representative, fire warden, and first aider alongside the support team.
- Providing occasional support to other operational streams as needed.
