Key Responsibilities:

  • Front Desk Management: Greeting clients and visitors, managing incoming calls, and handling general enquiries professionally.
  • Administrative Support: Providing general administrative assistance, including filing, scanning, and handling correspondence.
  • Meeting Coordination: Arranging meeting rooms, setting up equipment, and ensuring meetings run smoothly.
  • Office Supplies: Maintaining inventory levels of office supplies, ordering as necessary, and liaising with suppliers.
  • Travel and Accommodation: Assisting with travel arrangements and itineraries for team members as required.
  • Data Entry: Accurately updating and maintaining internal databases and records.
  • Event Support: Helping organise company events, social gatherings, and other team activities.
  • General Office Upkeep: Ensuring the office environment is tidy, well-maintained, and aligned with health and safety standards.

Person Specification:

  • Previous Experience: Ideally, previous experience in an administrative or office assistant role.
  • Organisational Skills: Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional approach.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
