Job Title: Office Manager – FinTech
Location: London
Contract: 6-Month Fixed Term
Salary: £55,000 - £60,000 pro rata (DOE)
An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a proactive and detail-oriented Office Manager to join a dynamic global FinTech firm in London. This 6-month Fixed Term Contract role is ideal for an experienced Office Manager ready to dive into a fast-paced, innovative environment. You’ll oversee day-to-day operations, provide light PA support to Senior Executives, and arrange business travel across global offices. Immediate availability to interview and start would be highly advantageous.
Key Responsibilities
- Office Management: Ensure the office is stocked, organised, and running smoothly, overseeing health & safety and cleanliness.
- Facilities & Maintenance: Address and resolve any maintenance issues promptly, coordinating with relevant departments.
- Guest Relations: Meet and greet clients and VIPs, offering a warm and professional welcome.
- Onboarding/Offboarding: Work closely with IT and HR to manage the onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Project Assistance: Support with ad hoc projects and additional responsibilities as required.
- PA Support: Arrange travel itineraries and provide support to Senior Executives.
- Visibility: Act as a key point of contact within the office, readily accessible and approachable for staff.
Skills & Attributes
- Experience: Prior experience managing a busy office in a fast-paced environment, ideally within a start-up or FinTech setting.
- Organisation: Strong organisational and planning skills, with the ability to multi-task and prioritise.
- Tech Savvy: Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Problem Solving: Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Initiative: Proactive, adaptable, and ready to tackle challenges with a positive approach.
