Job Title: Part Time Office Manager/PA – Beauty & Wellbeing Firm | Location: London | Salary: £35,000 - £50,000 pro rata (DOE)
A unique opportunity has arisen for an experienced Part Time Office Manager/PA to join an innovative global Beauty & Wellbeing firm. This position is part-time, ideally suited for someone looking to work three days a week, with one day working from home.
This hands-on and varied role will require you to juggle a wide range of tasks to support and manage all aspects of office life. In addition to your core Office Manager responsibilities, you will provide light PA support to the CEO and Executive Team.
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Act as the first point of contact for all visitors.
- Handle external and internal calls in a professional manner.
- Sign for parcels and book couriers for both UK and international deliveries.
- Provide refreshments and arrange lunches for internal and external meetings.
- Manage office supplies, including water machine bottles, kitchen refreshments, and stationery.
- Care for and water office plants.
- Perform ad hoc administrative tasks, such as organising birthdays, special events, and projects.
- Coordinate events, including the Christmas party.
- Arrange travel, including flights and accommodation, and put together travel itineraries.
- Process expenses for the Executive team.
Skills & Attributes:
- Self-starter with excellent organisational skills.
- Highly competent in Microsoft 365.
- Well-presented and articulate, with a friendly demeanour and good sense of humour.
- Trustworthy, confidential, and reliable.
- Strong emotional intelligence with the ability to remain impartial and professional at all times.
This role will suit a confident, tenacious, and proactive individual who is “unflappable” and personable, capable of working under pressure, troubleshooting, and maintaining a positive “no task too small” attitude.
Salary: £35,000 - £50,000 pro rata (DOE).
