Office Manager
Location: Ardwick, Manchester
Salary: Up to £35,000 per annum (DOE)

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an Office Manager to join a forward-thinking, close-knit, and sociable property company based in Manchester on a permanent basis. This role will be based out of their office in Ardwick, offering the opportunity for flexibility regarding hours and the option to work from home one day per week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Board and Senior Leadership Team: Provide administrative assistance to ensure effective operations.
- Diary and Calendar Management: Organise schedules and appointments efficiently.
- Facilitate Meetings: Coordinate Board and Senior Leadership Team (SLT) meetings, including preparation of agendas, minute-taking, and report writing.
- Manage Correspondence: Handle customer enquiries, send letters regarding block management, and administer leases.
- General Administration Duties: Undertake a range of administrative tasks to support the team and enhance customer service delivery.
Person Specification:
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years PA/Admin experience within the property industry, preferably in social/affordable housing.
- Customer Service Focus: Passionate about delivering excellent customer service at all times.
- Organisational Skills: Highly organised with the ability to implement policies and procedures.
- Proactive and Reliable: Efficient in planning ahead, meeting deadlines, and using initiative.
- Discretion: Able to handle sensitive and confidential information with care.
- Enthusiastic and Ambitious: A big-picture thinker who is creative and able to contribute ideas.
