An outstanding opportunity has arisen for an experienced Operations Manager to join a growing start-up Executive Search firm with exciting future plans. Since its inception, the business has experienced rapid growth and is now seeking a talented individual who is passionate about recruitment and executive search to lead initiatives around process improvement and strategic business planning.
In this role, you will work closely with the CEO/Founder, embracing the company’s vision and culture while applying your expertise in business operations and best practices to help drive the company’s expansion plans and future achievements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading the strategic business planning and process improvement initiatives to support the company's growth.
- Collaborating closely with the CEO/Founder to implement business operations strategies.
- Applying your knowledge of start-up and scale-up environments within the Executive Search or Recruitment industry to help deliver business expansion plans.
- Managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and objectives are achieved.
- Utilising project management and problem-solving skills to identify and implement improvements across the business.
- Overseeing the company's use of IT systems such as Office 365, CRM, ATS, and Teams to ensure efficiency.
- Communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders, demonstrating outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Ensuring all business processes are optimised, paying close attention to detail.
Person Specification:
- Extensive experience in a start-up or scale-up environment, preferably within the Executive Search or Recruitment sector.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- A proactive problem-solver with creative thinking abilities.
- Advanced IT skills, including experience with Office 365, CRM, ATS, and Teams.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
Salary and Benefits:
- Up to £50,000 per annum (DOE).
- Performance-related discretionary bonus.
- Hybrid working arrangement, with remote work and attendance at London-based offices at least once a week.
