Personal Assistant – Global Architectural/Design Practice

Salary: £33,000 - £35,000 per annum (DOE) + excellent benefits

About the Role:
The successful PA will work closely with the Partners and project teams, providing high-level assistance wherever the business requires. As a flexible PA within the Administration team, you’ll play a key role in maintaining smooth operations and delivering exceptional support in a busy, dynamic studio environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diary Management: Organise meetings, set up video conferences, and arrange catering as needed.
- Travel Arrangements: Coordinate travel bookings, hotel reservations, and visa applications.
- Expense Processing: Submit and process team expenses promptly.
- Document Management: Oversee document filing, produce weekly reports, and support ongoing projects.
- Research and Project Support: Conduct research and assist with ad hoc projects as required.
- Administrative Support: Perform various administrative tasks to support the smooth running of operations.
Experience and Skills:
- 2-3 years of experience in a PA or Team Assistant role, ideally within a creative or design environment.
- Flexible and willing to adapt to varying tasks based on business needs.
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in IT, with intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office.
