PA / Office Manager – Property Company | Location: London (Hybrid, with one day remote) | Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum (DOE)
About the Role:
The successful candidate will support four Directors and assist the Executive Assistant with delegated tasks for the Founders, ensuring the optimal use of their time while effectively supporting the Executive Team. In addition, you will also be responsible for the London office management (with assistance from the EA).
This is a perfect opportunity for someone with a minimum of 2 years of PA/Office Management experience, who’s excited to play an integral role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diary management.
- Conduct research and book travel arrangements.
- Print, scan, and coordinate meeting room bookings.
- Manage the company inbox and cover the EA’s annual leave.
- Organise monthly team lunches and quarterly supper clubs.
- Handle office orders for snacks and fruit.
- Support the EA with personal tasks for the CEO (e.g., dry cleaning and ad hoc errands).
- Assist with quarterly Board packs and take minutes for Board meetings when required.
Person Specification:
- Minimum 2 years relevant PA experience, ideally within the property industry.
- Passionate about delivering excellent customer service.
- Highly organised with a proactive, agile approach.
- Ability to plan ahead, meet deadlines, and use initiative.
- Discreet and professional, with experience handling sensitive information.
- Enthusiastic, ambitious, and a big-picture thinker.
