A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Part Time PA/Office Administrator to join the London office of a forward-thinking, close-knit and sociable property company.


This is a part time position, 5 hours a day (flexibility on hours by arrangement) with the opportunity to work from home one day per week. 

The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of PA/Administrative duties, supporting the team with tasks delegated initially by the Executive Assistant. Over time, and upon successful integration these teams and office tasks will become a natural part of our role.

This role will suit someone with around 1-2 year’s office experience, looking for an opportunity to utilise and further develop skills and experience. You’ll be ready to play an integral role and be excited to work within property (social/affordable housing specifically!).

Responsibilities will include (but will not be limited to):

  • Research
  • Travel booking
  • Printing and scanning
  • Coordinating meeting room bookings
  • Managing company inbox
  • Covering the EA’s annual leave.
  • Organising monthly team lunches and quarterly supper clubs
  • Ordering snack and fruit orders for the London office
  • Supporting the EA with personal tasks for the CEO (dry cleaning and other ad hoc tasks and errands)
  • Quarterly Board packs and taking minutes for Board meetings when required

Person Specification:

  • Minimum 1-2 years relevant experience, ideally gained within the property industry
  • Passionate about delivering excellent customer service at all times
  • Highly organised with a proactive, agile approach
  • Ability to be efficient, plan ahead and meet deadlines
  • Reliable and able to use initiative 
  • Discrete and able to deal with sensitive and confidential information 
  • Enthusiastic and ambitious
  • Big picture thinker
  • Creative, able to suggest ideas and contribute

Salary: Up to £26000 (DOE) plus 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, team social events and trips, monthly wellness allowance, private healthcare, supper clubs and more!
