Part-Time PA / Office Administrator – Property Company
Location: London (Hybrid, with one day remote)
Salary: Up to £26,000 per annum (DOE)
Hours: Part-time, 5 hours per day (flexible hours by arrangement)

About the Role:
Working closely with the Executive Assistant, the successful candidate will support the team across a range of PA and administrative duties. This is a perfect opportunity for someone with 1-2 years of office experience who’s excited to play an integral role within the company and eager to grow their skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct research and book travel arrangements as needed.
- Print, scan, and coordinate meeting room bookings.
- Manage the company inbox and cover the EA’s annual leave.
- Organise monthly team lunches and quarterly supper clubs.
- Handle office orders for snacks and fruit.
- Support the EA with personal tasks for the CEO (e.g., dry cleaning and ad hoc errands).
- Assist with quarterly Board packs and take minutes for Board meetings when required.
Person Specification:
- 1-2 years of relevant experience, ideally within the property industry.
- Passionate about delivering excellent customer service.
- Highly organised with a proactive, agile approach.
- Ability to plan ahead, meet deadlines, and use initiative.
- Discreet and professional, with experience handling sensitive information.
