We are seeking an experienced and proactive Personal Assistant to support the Chief Advisory Officer (CAO) of a leading organisation. Personal Assistant to the Chief Advisory Officer (Hybrid)
Location: Bromsgrove
Salary: Up to £45,000
This is a hybrid role, requiring 3 days in the Bromsgrove office and offering flexibility for the remaining days.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Support:
- Expert diary management, including scheduling appointments and arranging travel and accommodation.
- Preparing the CAO for meetings by collating relevant documents and materials.
- Handling correspondence such as emails, letters, and other communications on behalf of the CAO.
- Acting as a liaison between the CAO and the wider organisation to ensure seamless communication.
- Coordinating with the Executive Team on ongoing projects and providing administrative support as required.
- Recording and circulating minutes of meetings and preparing professional presentations using PowerPoint.
- Managing incoming communications, filtering and redirecting as necessary.
- Organising and maintaining accurate records of both physical and electronic correspondence.
Other Duties:
- Welcoming visitors and arranging appropriate hospitality.
- General PA tasks, including organising documents, maintaining office supplies, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Person Specification:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience supporting at C-Suite level, ideally in a similar capacity.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint, with the ability to create presentations and spreadsheets (including formulae).
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to work across all levels.
- A calm and organised approach, even in a fast-paced environment.
- High levels of confidentiality and discretion.
- The ability to work on your own initiative while being an effective team player.
Work Arrangement:
This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days per week in the Bromsgrove office and flexibility for the remaining days.
