Personal Assistant
Location: Chepstow, Wales
Pay Rate: £25 per hour
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Personal Assistant to join a leading organisation based in Chepstow. This role is temporary and will suit an experienced individual looking to support a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent organisational skills and a proactive approach, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior executives, including managing diaries and scheduling appointments.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations as needed.
- Handle incoming communications, responding appropriately and prioritising requests.
- Organise meetings and events, ensuring all necessary materials are prepared in advance.
- Maintain filing systems and ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Assist with expense reports and invoice processing.
- Manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring availability and timely ordering.
- Support special projects and initiatives as required by the team.
Person Specification:
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Exceptional organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
