Personal Assistant / Team Secretary – Professional Services – Leeds City Centre (Hybrid)
Our client, the UK’s leading organisation in their sector, is seeking an experienced and dynamic Personal Assistant / Team Secretary to support a Director and provide broader administrative support to the team. Based in the heart of Leeds City Centre, this is an exciting opportunity to join a reputable company during a period of growth and change.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the Director’s electronic diary and email account, including filtering emails, highlighting urgent correspondence, and responding or delegating as appropriate.
- Support senior team members with diary management.
- Provide administrative assistance, including document formatting, PowerPoint presentation creation, and producing reports.
- Professionally liaise with internal and external stakeholders to schedule meetings, prioritise matters, and ensure timely responses.
- Understand the organisation’s meeting calendar and reporting structures, implementing appropriate administrative support for these activities.
- Prepare draft reports and quality documents or presentations as required.
- Undertake ad-hoc research tasks on behalf of the Director.
- Coordinate travel and accommodation to maximise the Director’s time effectively.
- Support the Director with expense and credit card reconciliations.
- Assist with team holiday coordination and starter/leaver checklists.
Person Specification
- Previous experience supporting at Director level, ideally in a professional services environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office packages, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Proactive, with the ability to take ownership of tasks and use initiative.
- Discreet and professional in all dealings with sensitive information.
- Team-oriented, with excellent relationship-building skills across internal and external stakeholders.
- Organised, detail-focused, and able to prioritise effectively in a busy environment.

- Salary: Circa £32,500 per annum (DOE).
