Part Time Private PA | Location: London (Hybrid/Flexible) | Salary: £18 - £25 per hour (DOE)

A unique opportunity has arisen for a Part Time Private PA to support a DJ, producer, and electronic musician who has recently moved to the UK.

This is an ongoing, temporary role requiring 10 hours a week (days and hours flexible). The role offers hybrid working and will involve a mix of working from home, from their private residence, and also in the centrally located studio.

This newly created position has immense scope and no boundaries! It’s ideal for a Private PA who enjoys working flexibly, proactively, independently, and with discretion. An understanding of the music and fashion scene will be a distinct advantage.

Duties will include:

• Diary management, arranging meetings.
• Arranging international travel and preparing itineraries.
• Event planning and logistics.
• Planning tour logistics.
• Building strong working relationships with industry professionals and producers.
• Handling deliveries.
• Personal and private tasks and errands.
• Ad hoc tasks and projects as required.

Skills and Experience:

• Advanced MS Office skills.
• 3-5 years’ experience as a Private PA.
• Experience working with creatives and an understanding of the music/fashion scene.
• A good, flexible, and accommodating work ethic with the ability to take ownership of tasks.
• A positive, can-do attitude.

Salary: £18 - £25 per hour (depending on experience).
