Part-Time PA & Office Manager
Location: West London
Salary: Competitive (dependent on experience)
Contract: Part-Time (3 days a week, including Monday)
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Part-Time PA & Office Manager to join a creative PR consultancy based in West London. You will support the Founder with a variety of PA duties (both business and personal) while overseeing the smooth running of the office environment. Acting as the conduit between the team and the Founder, clients, and all manner of internal and external contacts, this role is perfect for someone with an interest in interior design.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage the diary, meetings, and travel arrangements for the Founder, including some personal duties.
- Oversee office management, including procurement, ensuring processes and procedures are adhered to, upkeep, and liaising with the landlord.
- Create and proofread press releases and client presentations, maintaining media images.
- Support any other requirements as directed by the Founder and team.
Key Competencies and Attributes:
- Relevant PA / office management experience, ideally from a creative, PR, or interiors business.
- Positive, professional, fun, and full of ideas.
- Helpful and approachable to all; the go-to person for all internal and external inquiries, including clients.
- Proven ability to multitask under pressure, maintaining existing activity while delivering to shifting deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including proofreading and creating business-ready documentation and press releases.
- Thrives in a hands-on, collaborative environment.
- Creative problem solver with enthusiasm.
