Job Title: Personal Assistant to Owners - Automotive Business - Hybrid Role - Heathrow Area
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced and ambitious Personal Assistant to support the owners of an exciting and award-winning automotive business, with multiple locations throughout the South of England. The role offers hybrid working, but candidates must live close to the Heathrow area and be car drivers. Flexibility to work out of hours on occasion (to attend events, client meetings, and assist with private duties for the owners) is essential. You should be a confident, client-facing Personal Assistant who is comfortable addressing large groups of stakeholders and clients. This is a wonderful opportunity with plenty of scope for involvement, growth, and visibility.
Duties:
- Act as the first point of contact for the two owners, dealing with calls and emails in a timely fashion. Sort, respond, and pass on information as necessary.
- Manage diaries, organise meetings, and coordinate appointments for both business and personal matters.
- Book and arrange travel, transport, restaurant reservations, and accommodation, both for business and personal purposes.
- Prepare presentations and documents for meetings and events, including typing up documents or meeting minutes.
- Assist with personal errands and the booking of personal appointments for the owners.
- Ensure the owners are prepared and aware of relevant information for business events or meetings, providing them with a daily schedule that includes deadlines and important tasks.
- Perform various administrative tasks: software management, filing, and collating expenses.
- Drive to and attend in-person meetings, occasionally accompanying the owners to those meetings.
- Provide support for associates and assist the owners' families with administrative tasks and ad-hoc personal errands.
