A truly outstanding opportunity has arisen for an experienced Personal Assistant (PA) to join a prestigious management consultancy and play an integral role in supporting the senior leadership team. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to client project work alongside core PA responsibilities. Key Responsibilities:
- Complex diary management for senior leadership, including scheduling meetings, conferences, and video calls.
- Attend meetings, take and circulate minutes, and prepare supporting materials.
- Organise international travel, including visa arrangements and preparation of itineraries.
- Plan and organise conferences, social events, project dinners, and away days.
- Collaborate with the Bid Management Team to prepare corporate information for project tenders.
- Manage the contract process for new projects, liaising with clients, subcontractors, and the finance team.
- Prepare invoices and manage expenses.
- Conduct research and provide document management, including report production, document creation, and printing/binding.
Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience providing high-level support to senior executives, ideally within a consultancy or professional services environment.
- Exceptional organisational skills with great attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Advanced IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
