Position: Personal Assistant (PA) to Partners (Full-Time, Permanent)

A wonderful opportunity has arisen for a professional, proactive, and experienced Personal Assistant (PA) to join the London office of a reputable Financial Services company. This is an ideal role for a PA looking to join a company with a global presence, offering opportunities for personal and professional development.
In this hybrid role, you will provide day-to-day support to three Partners, handling a range of PA tasks, while also assisting in the organisation of company-wide events and overseeing the smooth running of the office. The company offers a welcoming and professional team culture, and you will work closely with your fellow PAs to ensure seamless operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diary management for three Partners, coordinating and scheduling meetings, conference calls, business lunches, and dinners.
- Act as the main point of contact for Partners, answering calls and welcoming key clients/guests to the office.
- Manage events including internal and external meetings, company-wide events, and conferences.
- Handle expenses and invoice management for the Partners.
- Conduct research tasks and provide support with document production, including drafting and amending presentations.
- Assist with various projects as needed, contributing to business operations and improvement initiatives.
Skills and Experience Required:
- 2-3 years of relevant PA experience, ideally within the Financial Services or Professional Services sectors.
- Superb communication skills and exceptional organisational abilities.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- A proactive, flexible approach, with the ability to juggle a varied workload.
- Ability to take ownership of tasks, use initiative, and maintain a positive outlook.
Salary and Benefits:
