Personal Assistant
Location: South West London (Full-Time, Permanent)
Salary: Up to £50,000 per annum plus excellent benefits, including discretionary bonus and private medical insurance
A fabulous opportunity has arisen for a Personal Assistant to join a prestigious design practice in South West London. Supporting at Executive Partner level, this is a busy and demanding role with full responsibility for managing complex diaries and schedules, arranging meetings, producing agendas, and arranging international travel. The role will include some line management for less experienced members of the team.
This hugely successful and prestigious business is looking for a confident, professional, and proactive PA who is excited to play an integral role and make a significant contribution. An ideal position for someone looking for variety in their work and for someone who enjoys a creative, agile, project-based environment.
Duties will include:
- First point of contact/gatekeeper
- Managing busy and changeable diaries and schedules
- Arranging meetings, producing agendas, documents, and papers
- Arranging international travel and producing itineraries (visas, transfers, booking restaurants)
- Expenses and invoice management
- Undertaking research and project work
- Line management responsibilities
Experience/Skills:
- Ideally 4–5 years’ previous experience of working in a Personal Assistant role at a senior level
- Expert organisational skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Outstanding interpersonal skills and an ability to build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- An ability to work in a deadline-driven environment
- A professional, calm, and flexible approach
- Advanced MS Office skills
