  • Assisting the wider Finance Team with administrative tasks such as expenses, invoice processing, and data management.
  • Coordinating internal and external communications, including correspondence on behalf of the CFO.
  • Collaborating with other PAs to ensure seamless cover and support across teams when needed.
  • Handling confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Supporting the Finance Team with ad hoc projects, report preparation, and event coordination.
  • Building strong relationships across the organisation to facilitate effective communication and workflow.

Person Specification

  • Proven experience in a PA or administrative role, ideally within a professional, fast-paced environment.
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
  • A proactive mindset, able to work independently and anticipate needs.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
  • Confident in managing multiple tasks and priorities under pressure.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • A positive, flexible, and team-oriented attitude.

Why Join?

This is an outstanding opportunity to join a high-performing FTSE 250 business that values its employees and offers a collaborative, supportive culture. You will gain exposure to senior-level operations, work closely with a high-calibre team, and be part of a business committed to personal and professional development.

The role offers:

  • A competitive salary of £40,000 - £50,000 per annum (DOE).
