Personal Assistant – Financial Services Firm
Location: London
Salary: Up to £48,000 per annum (DOE) plus benefits

With a speciality in accounting and advisory, this community-focused and dynamic firm is seeking an engaged and proactive candidate. This unique opportunity requires a business-savvy and forward-thinking candidate who can provide key right-hand support to the Managing Partner while also collaborating with the existing administrative team. It is ideal for a self-motivated and hard-working Personal Assistant who thrives in a high-performing environment and is ready to build strong relationships within a dynamic firm.
Duties will include:
- Heavy and proactive diary and inbox management, carefully coordinating events and meetings.
- Active involvement in partner projects, events, and practice management areas.
- Acting as the main point of contact for the Managing Partner, handling correspondence with internal and external clients.
- Managing sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Supporting the firm's environmental and social projects, including providing event and meeting assistance.
- Drafting proposals, reports, related correspondence, and managing billing processes.
- Offering tech-savvy assistance for website updates, blog posts, social media, and other digital projects.
- Providing occasional support to the administrative team, including call handling and front-of-house responsibilities.
Skills and Experience required:
- At least three years of experience as a Personal Assistant, ideally in professional services or the financial industry.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proven ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
- Exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work at pace.
- A solution-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to taking initiative and ownership.
This varied and rewarding role is suited to a candidate available immediately or with up to four weeks' notice.
