Personal Assistant & Administrator – Award-Winning Architectural Consultancy

 

Location: London (Hybrid – Minimum 3 Days in Office)
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 DOE + Benefits

We are delighted to be recruiting for a Personal Assistant & Administrator to join an award-winning architectural consultancy. This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly organised and motivated individual to provide strategic support to two London Partners and assist with business development administrative tasks for the London and South East region.

This role is ideal for someone with a passion for organisation, an interest in business administration, and a proactive approach to work. The successful candidate will be joining a business that prioritises employee wellbeing and development, offering a collaborative and supportive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • PA Support: Provide dedicated strategic PA support to two London Partners, including complex diary and inbox management.
  • Point of Contact: Act as the main point of contact for the Business Development Partner, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
  • Business Development Administration: Assist the regional bid and marketing manager with business development strategies, campaigns, initiatives, and research.
  • Strategic Planning: Support senior teams and sector leads in coordinating meaningful strategic plans and initiatives.
  • CRM Management: Maintain and update business development information in the company’s CRM system.

Skills and Experience

  • Previous experience as a Personal Assistant, including diary management.
  • A keen interest in business administration.
  • Strong communication skills with a professional and confident demeanour.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Proficiency in Office 365.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions.
  • A flexible approach, willing to take on additional hours during peak periods.
  • Enthusiasm for developing new skills and knowledge.
  • Previous experience in a similarly sized and complex organisation is desirable.
