PA / Team Assistant – Global Architectural and Design Practice – South West London (Office-Based)
Our client, a prestigious global architectural and design practice, is seeking a proactive and resourceful PA / Team Assistant to join their dynamic studio in South West London. This is a busy and demanding office-based role, offering the opportunity to work closely with Partners and project teams, providing high-level support wherever needed. Ideal for someone with a broad skill set and a passion for working in a creative, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage diaries, organise meetings, set up video conferences, and arrange catering as required.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including hotel bookings and visa applications.
- Process team expenses in an accurate and timely manner.
- Handle document management and produce weekly reports.
- Conduct research to support projects and business needs.
- Assist with ad hoc projects and administrative tasks as required, adapting to changing business priorities.
Experience and Skills
- Minimum of 2–3 years’ experience in a PA/Team Assistant role.
- Flexible and adaptable, with the willingness to take on varied responsibilities as the business dictates.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage and prioritise tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Intermediate/Advanced IT skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
