Job Title: Personal Assistant to Founder - Digital Production Company | Location: Mill Hill, North London | Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum

A newly created Personal Assistant role has arisen to work alongside and support the Founder of a rapidly expanding and highly successful digital production company based in North London. Situated in their impressive Mill Hill studio, you will join a team of driven, motivated, and passionate creatives who live and breathe the world of social media. With business booming and ideas flowing, the Founder is seeking a highly organised and proactive PA to anticipate, react to, and handle a wide range of business and personal duties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Founder’s calendar, scheduling meetings and appointments efficiently to optimise their time.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all communications, ensuring messages are relayed accurately and promptly.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including itineraries, accommodation, and logistics for domestic and international trips.
  • Prepare meeting materials, reports, and presentations as needed.
  • Assist in the management of social media interactions and media-related tasks, leveraging your understanding of the industry.
  • Handle personal errands and tasks to ensure the Founder can focus on business objectives.
  • Foster a collaborative and productive working relationship with the creative team to ensure seamless operations.
  • Engage in project coordination and support as required, adapting to the fast-paced environment.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Personal Assistant, ideally within the media or social sector.
  • Self-motivated and a natural problem solver, able to thrive in a fast-paced creative environment.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Confident in the use of both Microsoft and Apple technology.
  • A driver/owner of a car, with local knowledge of the Mill Hill area.
  • Experience working within media and social platforms, with a passion for the industry.

Salary: Between £35,000 - £40,000 per annum (dependent on experience) plus a range of benefits and a discretionary bonus.
