An exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled Personal Assistant to support the CEO of a globally focused architecture firm. This role involves providing both business and private support, requiring exceptional communication skills, time management, relationship building, and teamwork.
In this highly visible and ambassadorial role, you will work closely with the wider team and require absolute discretion and diplomacy. If you thrive on working directly with decision-makers and have the ability to anticipate and plan ahead, then this position is ideal for you. You will liaise directly with a high-net-worth clientele, necessitating a highly organised and professional PA who can prioritise tasks, take ownership, and swiftly convert thoughts into actions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive support to the CEO, managing schedules and communications.
- Organise both business and personal travel arrangements and itineraries.
- Prepare meeting materials, agendas, and minutes while following up on action points.
- Handle correspondence and manage a high volume of incoming communications.
- Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist with various projects, ensuring deadlines are met and objectives achieved.
Person Specification:
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, preferably in a creative, design-led environment or within luxury goods/architecture sectors.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on discretion and diplomacy.
- Highly organised with strong time management skills and the ability to multitask.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with a collaborative approach to teamwork.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
This fully office-based role is situated in beautiful offices in the West End and offers a competitive salary between £50,000 and £60,000 per annum, depending on experience, alongside benefits and a discretionary bonus.
