Personal Assistant
Location: London
Salary: £33,000 - £35,000 (depending on experience) plus excellent benefits
A fabulous opportunity has arisen for a Personal Assistant to join a prestigious global architectural and design practice based in London. The successful PA will enjoy building working relationships across the studio and other departments, working closely with Partners and project teams while providing high-level assistance wherever the business dictates. This flexible PA role requires an adaptable and resourceful approach within the Administration team.
This is a busy and demanding office-based role, ideal for an individual with a broad skill set looking to work in a creative setting.
Duties will include:
- Diary Management: Organising meetings, setting up video conferences, and arranging catering when required.
- Travel Arrangements: Coordinating travel, hotel bookings, and visa applications.
- Expense Processing: Managing team expenses and financial documentation.
- Document Management: Producing weekly reports and managing documentation efficiently.
- Research: Undertaking research to support various projects and initiatives.
- Ad hoc Projects: Assisting with various administrative tasks as needed.
Experience/Skills:
- At least 2-3 years’ previous experience in a PA or Team Assistant role.
- Flexibility and willingness to assist as responsibilities may vary based on business needs.
- Strong ability to manage and prioritise tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Intermediate to advanced IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office applications.
