Personal Assistant
Location: South West London
Salary: Up to £33,000 per annum plus benefits
A fabulous opportunity has arisen for a Personal Assistant to join a prestigious design practice in South West London. Supporting at Partner level (6), this is a busy and demanding role with full responsibility for overall support and administrative coordination of the department.
This hugely successful and prestigious business is looking for a confident, professional, and proactive PA who is excited to work independently and on their own initiative.
Responsibilities will include:
- Diary management, using initiative to make considered judgements when juggling multiple demands and changing priorities.
- Acting as the internal and external first point of contact, gate-keeping as required.
- Coordinating complex travel arrangements, including passport and visa assistance as required.
- Effectively and efficiently managing telephone calls, emails, and other correspondence.
- Organising meeting arrangements, including room bookings, catering requirements, logistics, presentation setup, and presentation material.
- Maintaining and updating the database.
- Assisting with research and reports.
- Providing administrative support, including financial administration, management of expenses, filing, typing, and editing documents.
Experience/Skills:
- Ideally 2-3 years of previous experience in a Personal Assistant role at a senior level.
- Shipping/customs experience or an interest is desirable.
- Expert organisational skills.
- Ability to work in a deadline-driven environment.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Outstanding communication skills and an ability to build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
