Temporary Personal Assistant
Location: South Kensington/Remote
Contract Length: 3–6 months
Working Hours: 20 hours per week (negotiable)
Start Date: ASAP
We are seeking an experienced and adaptable Temporary Personal Assistant to support the Chairman of a family office/private household during a period of staff absence. This role primarily involves managing the Chairman’s private affairs and offers a blend of remote working with on-site visits to South Kensington 1-2 times a week. A laptop will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing the Chairman’s diary and coordinating appointments.
- Arranging travel and holidays, including booking private jets.
- Assisting in planning private shooting events, including liaising with guests.
- Coordinating with contractors and cleaners for the maintenance of the Chairman’s London property.
- Running errands and personal shopping as required.
- Organising entertainment, such as theatre/event tickets and dinner reservations.
- Booking tickets and making reservations for various activities.
- Handling office-based tasks, including filing, taking minutes, sending diary invites (Zoom meetings), arranging travel, and preparing meeting packs.
Candidate Requirements:
- Previous experience in a private household or family office environment is essential.
- Knowledge of shooting events and their logistics is highly desirable.
- Proven ability to manage relationships with family members and business associates professionally.
- Efficient, personable, and adaptable, with a willingness to assist in all areas.
- Comfortable working in an environment where dogs may occasionally be present.

- Flexibility in hours can be discussed depending on the candidate’s suitability and preferences.
