Household Family Personal Assistant
Location: Richmond/Twickenham Area
Salary: Up to £22 per hour
Contract: Temporary (20 hours per week for a minimum of 6 months, with potential for permanent)
We are seeking an experienced Household Family Personal Assistant with exceptional organisational and interpersonal skills to support a high-net-worth individual and her family on a part-time basis.
You will provide invaluable assistance to the family through your ability to anticipate needs and deliver on outcomes while remaining flexible in your attitude and schedule. A warm and approachable nature is essential, as this position involves working within a relaxed, informal family environment with young children (three under 10) and pets (two cats).
Some tasks can be completed remotely, but the candidate will need to be on-site at various times at the main residence and other properties in the Richmond and Twickenham area.
This role will be on a temporary basis initially, with 20 hours per week for a minimum of 6 months, with a view to going permanent.
Key Responsibilities:

Family Diary Management: Create and manage the family diary, organising all appointments, meetings, and activities while keeping the employer regularly informed of upcoming events.

Household Management: Oversee household inventories, coordinate residential projects, and manage maintenance and repairs by sourcing contractors, obtaining quotes, and supervising on-site for the main residence and other properties.

Errands: Run household errands, including grocery shopping, dry cleaning, and pet care.

Travel Arrangements: Research and plan holidays and family activities, booking flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and handling special requests for travel.

Liaison and Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact between the employer and various parties, including school administrators, contractors, estate agents, and other service providers.

Administrative Support: Manage correspondence, draft emails and documents, and maintain records and files.

Financial Management: Assist with bill payments, manage expenses, liaise with accountants and financial advisors, and oversee budgets.

Problem Solving: Anticipate and resolve issues before they arise, finding creative solutions to challenges in the employer’s personal and professional life, and becoming an indispensable member of the family.

Confidentiality and Discretion: Maintain strict confidentiality regarding the family’s personal and professional affairs (must be willing to sign an NDA).
This role offers an hourly rate of up to £22 per hour, working 20 hours per week.
